198.31 VETERANS HOME; HASTINGS. Control of the state hospital facilities at Hastings is transferred to the commissioner. This transfer includes the cemetery. The commissioner shall establish a veterans home in these facilities. The veterans home shall be licensed in accordance with the boarding care rules of the Department of Health.
