204D.05 STATE PRIMARY BALLOTS; PARTISAN AND NONPARTISAN; OFFICIAL IN CHARGE. Subdivision 1. State partisan primary ballot. The state partisan primary ballot shall contain the names of the candidates seeking the nomination of each major political party for the partisan offices filled at the state general election. Subd. 2. State and county nonpartisan primary ballot. The state and county nonpartisan primary ballot shall contain the names of the candidates seeking nomination for the nonpartisan offices filled at the state general election. Subd. 3. County auditor to prepare. The county auditor of each county shall prepare the state partisan primary ballot and the state and county nonpartisan primary ballot. History: 1981 c 29 art 6 s 5
