214.36 BOARD PARTICIPATION. Participating boards may, by mutual agreement, implement the program upon enactment. Thereafter, health-related licensing boards desiring to enter into or discontinue an agreement to participate in the health professionals services program shall provide a written resolution indicating the board's intent to the designated board by January 1 preceding the start of a biennium.
