216B.15 HEARINGS; EXAMINER. The commission may, in addition to the hearings specifically provided for by Laws 1974, chapter 429, conduct any other hearings as may reasonably be required in the administration of the powers and duties conferred upon it by Laws 1974, chapter 429. The commission may designate one of its members to act as an examiner for the purpose of holding any hearing which the commission has the power or authority to hold or in the event parties to the hearing so stipulate the commission may designate a qualified commission employee as the examiner. Reasonable notice of all hearings shall be given the persons interested therein as determined by the commission. History: 1974 c 429 s 15
