216B.57 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF ACT. Any person who knowingly and intentionally violates any provision of Laws 1974, chapter 429, or who knowingly and intentionally fails, omits, or neglects to obey, observe, or comply with any lawful order, or any part or provision thereof, of the commission is subject to a penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each violation.
