219.568 OTHER VIOLATIONS OF DUTY. An engineer, conductor, brake tender, switch tender, train dispatcher, or other officer, agent, or servant of a railway company, who is guilty of a willful violation or omission of duty as an officer, agent, or servant, by which human life or safety is endangered and for which no punishment is specially prescribed, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
