221.231 RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT. The commissioner may enter into reciprocal agreements with the regulatory bodies of other states and the provinces of the Dominion of Canada regarding motor carriers having an established place of business in that state or province; provided that reciprocal privileges are extended under the agreement to motor carriers of this state.
