231.035 INSPECTION AUTHORITY. The commissioner or the commissioner's designee may, upon presentation of appropriate credentials and during regular working hours or at other reasonable times, inspect premises including equipment and stored goods subject to and for reasons relating to the commissioner's enforcement and licensing authority; request information from persons with information relevant to an inspection; and inspect relevant papers and records relating to the storage of goods.
