240A.11 GENERAL OBLIGATION SPECIAL TAX BONDS FOR ICE CENTERS. State general obligation bonds issued to finance the construction of the ice centers provided for in sections 240A.09 and 240A.10 may be general obligation special tax bonds under section 16A.661 and debt service on the bonds may be paid from sports and health club sales tax revenue as provided in section 16A.661, subdivision 3, paragraph (b).
