241.105 SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION INCENTIVE PAYMENTS; INMATE DISCHARGE PLANNING. Money received by the commissioner of corrections from the Social Security Administration as a result of the incentive payment agreement under the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, Public Law 104-193, section 1611(e)(1), and Public Law 106-170, section 202(x)(3), is appropriated to the commissioner of corrections for discharge planning for inmates with mental illness.
