245.66 COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER BOARDS. Every city, county, town, combination thereof or nonprofit corporation establishing a community mental health center shall establish a community mental health center board. The community mental health center board may include county commissioner representatives from each participating county and shall be representative of the local population, including at least health and human service professions and advocate associations, other fields of employment, and the general public. Each community mental health center board shall be responsible for the governance and performance of its center.
