245.90 COURT AWARDED FUNDS, DISPOSITION. The commissioner of human services shall notify the house of representatives Ways and Means and senate Finance Committees of the terms of any contractual arrangement entered into by the commissioner and the attorney general, pursuant to an order of any court of law, which provides for the receipt of funds by the commissioner. Any funds recovered or received by the commissioner pursuant to an order of any court of law shall be placed in the general fund.
