253.26 TRANSFERS OF PATIENTS OR RESIDENTS. The executive board may transfer a committed patient to the Minnesota Security Hospital following a determination that the patient's behavior presents a danger to others and treatment in a secure treatment facility is necessary. The executive board shall establish a written policy creating the transfer criteria.
