256.0161 FORECAST ON CHILDREN'S HEALTH CARE SERVICES. Beginning November 2011, and as part of its annual November and February forecasts thereafter, the commissioner of human services shall provide an accounting of health care expenditures for persons aged birth to 22 years, separate from expenditures for enrolled parents, for all services provided in a Minnesota public health care program.
