256.481 PERSON WITH A DISABILITY; DEFINITION. For the purposes of sections 256.481 to 256.482 'person with a disability' means any person who: (1) has a physical, mental, or emotional impairment which substantially limits one or more major life activities; (2) has a record of such an impairment; or (3) is regarded as having such an impairment.
