256.4825 REPORT REGARDING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. The Minnesota State Council on Disability, the Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities, and the Arc of Minnesota may submit an annual report by January 15 of each year, beginning in 2012, to the chairs and ranking minority members of the legislative committees with jurisdiction over programs serving people with disabilities as provided in this section. The report must describe the existing state policies and goals for programs serving people with disabilities including, but not limited to, programs for employment, transportation, housing, education, quality assurance, consumer direction, physical and programmatic access, and health. The report must provide data and measurements to assess the extent to which the policies and goals are being met. The commissioner of human services and the commissioners of other state agencies administering programs for people with disabilities shall cooperate with the Minnesota State Council on Disability, the Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities, and the Arc of Minnesota and provide those organizations with existing published information and
