256B.421 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Scope. For the purposes of this section and sections 256B.431, 256B.434, 256B.48, 256B.50, and 256B.502, the following term has the meaning given to it. Subd. 2. 'Capital assets,' for purposes of section 256B.431, subdivisions 13 to 21, means a nursing facility's buildings, attached fixtures, land improvements, leasehold improvements, and all additions to or replacements of those assets used directly for resident care.
