256B.78 DEMONSTRATION PROJECT FOR FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES. (a) The commissioner of human services shall establish a medical assistance demonstration project to determine whether improved access to coverage of prepregnancy family planning services reduces medical assistance and MFIP costs. (b) To be eligible for the medical assistance demonstration project, an individual must have family income at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines, except that for an individual under age 21, only the income of the individual must be considered in determining eligibility.
