256D.15 RELATIVE'S RESPONSIBILITY. The financial responsibility of a relative for an applicant for or recipient of general assistance shall not extend beyond the relationship of a spouse or a parent of an adult child who resides with the parent, or the parent of a minor child regardless of where the minor child resides, or a family member who resides with the applicant or recipient.
