256I.09 COMMUNITY LIVING INFRASTRUCTURE. The commissioner shall award grants to agencies and multi-Tribal collaboratives through an annual competitive process. Grants awarded under this section may be used for: (1) outreach to locate and engage people who are homeless or residing in segregated settings to screen for basic needs and assist with referral to community living resources; (2) building capacity to provide technical assistance and consultation on housing and related support service resources for persons with both disabilities and low income; or (3) streamlining the administration and monitoring activities related to housing support funds.
