260.56 COUNSEL OR GUARDIAN AD LITEM FOR JUVENILE, FEES. Any judge of this state who appoints counsel or a guardian ad litem pursuant to the provisions of the Interstate Compact for Juveniles may allow a reasonable fee on order of the court. The costs of the counsel must be paid by the county and the cost of the guardian ad litem, if any, must be paid by the state courts.
