260B.446 DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS RECOVERED FOR ASSISTANCE FURNISHED. When any amount shall be recovered from any source for assistance furnished under the provisions of sections 260B.001 to 260B.446, there shall be paid into the treasury of the state or county in the proportion in which they have respectively contributed toward the total assistance paid.
