260E.21 SCREENED OUT REPORTS. Subdivision 1. Records. A report that is screened out must be maintained according to section 260E.35, subdivision 6, paragraph (b). Subd. 2. Offer of social services. A local welfare agency or agency responsible for investigating or assessing a report may use a screened out report for making an offer of social services to the subjects of the screened out report.
