260E.26 PROVISION OF CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES. The local welfare agency shall create a written plan, in collaboration with the family whenever possible, within 30 days of the determination that child protective services are needed or upon joint agreement of the local welfare agency and the family that family support and preservation services are needed.
