268.23 SEVERABLE. If the United States Department of Labor or a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of the Minnesota Unemployment Insurance Law is not in conformity with, or is inconsistent with, the requirements of federal law, the provision has no force or effect. If only a portion of the provision, or the application to any person or circumstances, is determined not in conformity, or determined inconsistent, the remainder of the provision and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances are not affected.
