268A.07 REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION. Subdivision 1. Benefits. A community rehabilitation provider must, as a condition for receiving program certification, provide employees in noncompetitive employment with personnel benefits prescribed in rules adopted by the commissioner of employment and economic development. Subd. 2. Grievance procedure. A community rehabilitation provider must, as a condition for receiving program certification, provide to employees in noncompetitive employment subprograms, a grievance procedure which has as its final step provisions for final and binding arbitration.
