270.97 DEPOSIT OF REVENUES. The commissioner shall deposit all revenues derived from the tax, interest, and penalties received from the county in the contaminated site cleanup and development account in the special revenue fund, and money in the account is annually appropriated to the commissioner of the Department of Employment and Economic Development, for the purposes of section 116J.551.
