270C.101 APPLICATION FOR BUSINESS REGISTRATION; CERTAIN INFORMATION NOT REQUIRED. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, an entity applying for a Minnesota business tax account number is not required to list the names, home addresses, and Social Security numbers of its officers or directors when the entity applying for an account number is an instrumentality of a state, a local, or the federal government, or a tribal government.
