270C.449 EQUITABLE ACTIONS. (a) The commissioner may bring a civil action to enjoin any person from taking action or failing to take action that is subject to penalty under section 289A.60, subdivisions 20, 20a, and 26. (b) In any action under paragraph (a), the court may enjoin the person from engaging in the conduct, if the court finds that: (1) the person has engaged in the specified conduct; and (2) injunctive relief is appropriate to prevent recurrence of the conduct.
