284.13 VENUE; LANDS INCLUDED. Every such action shall be brought in the district court of the county in which the lands lie. The state may include in one action all of the land in any county claimed to have been absolutely forfeited to the state for taxes, or any part or parts thereof. Any person who has succeeded to the interest of the state under such claim of forfeiture may include in one action all of the land in any county wherein the person has acquired such interest, or any part or parts thereof.
