284.26 TO BE SUPPLEMENTARY. Except so far as may be necessary to give effect to their provisions, sections 284.07 to 284.26 shall be deemed supplementary to and not exclusive of other laws dealing with the same subject matter. The provisions of such other laws, so far as applicable and not inconsistent with sections 284.07 to 284.26, shall remain in force, subject to the provisions thereof.
