299C.097 DATABASE FOR IDENTIFYING INDIVIDUALS ELIGIBLE FOR EXPUNGEMENT. (a) The superintendent of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension shall maintain a computerized data system relating to petty misdemeanor and misdemeanor offenses that may become eligible for expungement pursuant to section 609A.015 and which do not require fingerprinting pursuant to section 299C.10 and are not linked to an arrest record in the criminal history system.
