299J.18 PIPELINE SAFETY ACCOUNT. The pipeline safety account is established as an account in the state treasury. All fees and penalties collected under sections 299J.01 to 299J.17 shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the pipeline safety account. Money received by the office in the form of gifts, grants, reimbursements, or appropriations from any source shall be credited to the pipeline safety account.
