3.185 ALTERING DRAFT OF BILL. A person who fraudulently alters the draft of a bill or resolution which has been presented to either house of the legislature to be passed or adopted, with intent to procure its passage or adoption by either house or certification by the presiding officer in language different from that intended by the house, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
