300.67 DECLARATION OF POLICIES. It is declared to be the public policy of the state of Minnesota that contributions made in accordance with the provisions of section 300.66 constitute a valid and proper use of corporate funds, and in the absence of an express provision in its charter to the contrary, the making of contributions or gifts by a corporation is within its powers and inures to the benefit of the corporation.
