303.11 NOTICE OF NAME CHANGES, WHERE FILED. Each foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state, shall, whenever it changes its name, dissolves, or merges, certify to the secretary of state that the foreign corporation has changed its name, dissolved, or merged and is listing its new status and name.
