306.34 BONDS. Before entering upon duties, each person chosen as a trustee of the fund shall give a bond to the association equal to one-third the amount of the fund at that time, or $500, whichever is more, conditioned upon the faithful discharge of the trust. On July 1 of each even-numbered year, every trustee shall give a new bond, in that amount and with those conditions. Every bond must be approved by a judge of the judicial district in which the cemetery or some part of it is located and filed with the treasurer of the association. A trustee who fails to renew a bond within 30 days after the time provided in this section may be removed on application of an interested person.
