306.59 NOTICE FOR MEETING OF LOT OWNERS. Any three lot owners in the cemetery may issue a notice signed by them that a meeting will be held at a time and place designated in the notice, in the town or statutory city nearest the cemetery site, for the purpose of reorganizing the association. The time of the meeting must not be less than ten days after the second publication.
