308A.155 CORPORATE EXISTENCE. Subdivision 1. Commencement of corporate existence. The corporate existence of a cooperative begins when the articles are filed with the secretary of state. Subd. 2. Perpetual existence unless limited. Cooperatives have perpetual duration unless the cooperative provides for a limited period of duration of corporate existence in the articles.
