308C.955 DISCONTINUANCE OF COURT-SUPERVISED DISSOLUTION PROCEEDINGS.The involuntary or supervised voluntary dissolution of a cooperative may be discontinued at any time during the dissolution proceedings if it is established that cause for dissolution does not exist.
