315.25 ANNUAL MEETING, NOTICE OF, PLACE. A corporation whose membership in part resides in other states may hold its annual meetings at points outside the state as it may, from time to time, designate at a previous annual meeting, or it may authorize its president to designate the place. At least three months before the time of the annual meeting, notice of the time and place must be given by publication in the recognized organ of the corporation, if it has one, or by other notice appropriate to inform the membership.
