315.41 CAMP MEETING ASSOCIATIONS; FORMATION; CAPITAL STOCK. Camp or grove meetings, Sunday school assemblies, or societies for religious instruction or worship, and for mutual improvement in moral, literary, or social culture, may incorporate under this chapter. The amount of capital stock must be at least $5,000, divided into shares of not less than $10 nor more than $50 and paid in as provided in its bylaws.
