316.04 APPEAL, EFFECT. An appeal from an order or judgment removing an officer or trustee, under section 316.03, shall not operate to stay its effect or any proceeding under it; but the term of office of any officer, director, or trustee elected thereunder to fill a vacancy, or of any receiver appointed, shall be terminated by a reversal or vacation of such order of judgment.
