317A.701 METHODS OF DISSOLUTION. (a) Subject to section 317A.811, a corporation may be dissolved: (1) by the incorporators under section 317A.711; (2) by the board and members with voting rights under sections 317A.721 to 317A.733; or (3) by order of a court under sections 317A.741 to 317A.765.
