317A.759 FILING CLAIMS IN PROCEEDINGS TO DISSOLVE. Subdivision 1. Filing may be required. In a proceeding under section 317A.751 to dissolve a corporation, the court may require creditors and claimants of the corporation to file their claims pursuant to section 576.49.
