325F.172 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Scope. For the purposes of sections 325F.172 to 325F.173, the following terms have the meanings given them. Subd. 2. Child. 'Child' means a person under three years of age. Subd. 3. Children's product. 'Children's product' means an empty bottle or cup to be filled with food or liquid that is designed or intended by a manufacturer to be used by a child. Subd. 4. Enforcement. Sections 325F.173 to 325F.175 may be enforced as provided under sections 45.027, subdivisions 1 to 6, 325F.10 to 325F.12, and 325F.14 to 325F.16. History: 2009 c 40 s 1; 1Sp2021 c 4 art 6 s 24
