325F.30 SHODDY MATERIAL TO BE LABELED. No person, as principal or by agents, servants, or employees, shall make or sell, or offer to sell, deliver, or consign for sale, or possess with intent to sell, deliver, or consign for sale any bedding made of material that has theretofore been used as a container for or in contact with any animal or vegetable matter or any material defined as shoddy, unless the bedding shall be labeled as such, or any material that has theretofore been used unless the same shall have been cleaned and sterilized.
