325F.64 EXEMPTIONS. Subdivision 1. Insurance or service contracts. Sections 325F.57 to 325F.59 and 325F.61 to 325F.66 shall not apply if an insurer or service contract company pays up to 90 percent of the charge for repairs or pays a charge for repairs above a deductible amount specified in an insurance agreement or service contract. Subd. 2. Free repairs. Sections 325F.57 to 325F.59 and 325F.61 to 325F.66 shall not apply when repairs are performed free of charge to the customer under warranty.
