326.05 QUALIFICATIONS OF BOARD MEMBERS. Each member of the board shall be a resident of this state at the time of and throughout the member's appointment. Each member except the public members shall have been engaged in the practice of the relevant profession for at least ten years and shall have been in responsible charge of professional work requiring licensure as an architect, engineer, land surveyor, landscape architect, or geoscientist, or certification as an interior designer for at least five years.
