326B.095 INCOMPLETE LICENSE APPLICATIONS. This section applies to both applications for initial licenses and license renewal applications. If the department determines that an application is incomplete, the department must notify the applicant of the deficiencies that must be corrected in order to complete the application. The department must receive the corrected application within 30 days after the date the department notified the applicant of the deficiencies that must be corrected. If the application is for license renewal and the department receives the corrected application after the license has expired, then the corrected application must be accompanied by the late fee.
